OCTOBER 4TH - 6 PM

We will be hosting a workshop on Saturday, October 4th at 6 pm, in the area outside of the Theater Arts Mainstage (next to the Media Theater). We will not be taking the workshop into account for auditions, this is just a super low-stakes way for us to hang out and do some improv! We highly recommend coming if you have never tried improv before, if you want a refresher before auditions, or if you'd like to meet the group and ask any questions!

OCTOBER 5TH - 3 PM

Auditions will take place on Sunday, October 5th at 3 pm, right outside of the Theater Arts Mainstage. The only things you need to bring to auditions are your water bottle and a silly attitude. They will be in conjunction with Comedy Joust, our sister improv troupe! If you love improv and are interested in joining the team for the year, we usually have two practices a week (~5 hours/week commitment) and a show every other week on Fridays. Callbacks will be held by-invitation over the following week. We will contact you to help schedule a callback based on everyone's availability!

We very rarely hold additional auditions, but may make exceptions if you message us about it!

Improv du Jour is a collegiate long form improv festival, newly created and hosted by jericho! Improv and Sketch Comedy at UC Berkeley.

Humor Force V and our sister improv troupe, S.A.D. Improv hold an annual show called "Buttprov" 

Humor Force Five believes in strong community and because of this, we hold a yearly retreat that helps the troupe get closer to eachother. Traditionally, it is a camping trip (hence, our logo), but HFV also believes that if you know how to follow the rules, you can then break them. That being said, the retreat may not be camping every year.

Although we are not sponsored by them (please sponsor us), Ferrell's Donuts is Humor Force Fives official meeting grounds. We often congregate here for serious business meetings about major TV networks reaching out to us about being on shows or something small like that. (crazy as it sounds, this is actually in the making).
